The Cod and Skateliveroil are based on a fermentation processes. The authentic way of processing is based on Lacto-fermentation. No use is made of heat and carbon filters. This keeps the natural vitamins A and D and preserve the fragile and unsaturated fats DHA and EPA. This fermentation process also provides the natural light brown color of the oil.
